I bought house two years ago I found out it was condom and I need to get a CFO. I do not have the cash for the repairs because I only work part time and I going to get fired form home depot. It is a nice house and I did some repairs to make it livable even put on a new roof which I got a pertinent for.
I live in condom house can I go to jail can I be fined.?

Can’t really go to jail over buying a fixer-upper. They can force you to move out. But you are doing what you can and are doing it legally- with permits. You could be fined for living in the house without the CFO.

If your house is condemned, and you haven’t repaired it to the city’s standards within the city’s timeframe; or if you have but haven’t gotten the paperwork removing the condemnation, then they can force you to move out and make it so you can’t live in the house until all their requirements are met. And if you go too long without meeting their requirements, they can tear your house down. Your best bet would be to contact Habitat for Humanity or a similar charity organization for help in getting your house up to code and legal.
