I keep looking online and the company doesn’t seem to exist. Is this line of faucets made just for Home Depot by a larger faucet manufacturer? This kitchen faucet has a pull out sprayer and the rubber spray/stream button cover has turned into rubber crumbs.

I love in Chicago, does anyone know if local bulding codes allow these types of toilets.
I have searched on home depot, lowes and menards and can’t seem to find this type of toilet.
I just bought a small fridge from Office Depot and it says not to leave it on overnight???

I bougt a fridge from Office Depot ( go to: http://www.officedepot.com/ddSKU.do?level=SK&id=708356&Ntt=retro&uniqueSearchFlag=true&An=text to see it) and it says in the instruction book not to leave it on overnight. Is it that dangerous too? I would think they would be able to make a fridge so that it could stay on overnight. There’s no info on the cooling system, but the power rating says 100-125V-60Hz. I really have no idea what this means but can someone tell me if it is dangerous to leave this on for prolonged periods of time????
It says as a precaution in the small pamphlet they consider instrucions: Precatution, Please unplug unit when not in use!!! Not for overnight use!!!
I can’t take it back either because it was one of a few free gifts to choose from when purchasing an order in excess of a certian amount.

Sony VAIO VGN-CR220E/P 14.1″ Laptop (Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T7250, 2 GB RAM, 200 GB Hard Drive, Vista Premium) Cosmopolitan. Built in web-cam Etc. Was it a ggod deal for the buck? Brand new, not refurbished.
We are going thru a stressful/busy time. Should my fiance still have at least bought me a card for my b-day?

We are going through alot right now. We are in the process of buying a home and to qualify for the loan his old house has to be rented out. We are painting and so on to get it looking nice for renters and have a week left to find a renter. Money is also very tight right now. Today is my birthday. he called at 4:30pm to say Happy Birthday and asked where I want to go eat, but then proceeded to say he spent alot of time at Home Depot, didn’t get much done and has to throw stuff out into the dumpster. I said don’t worry about it we have too much going on. Ok – I don’t expect much but should he have done something? At least a card? He didn’t do anything at all.
If I bought something at Office Depot then returned it, would I get cash back or store credit?

Bought a laptop from Office Depot, no ID, now cannot ever get it fixed! what do I do!?

So I bought a laptop about a year ago from Office Depot and I also bought the extended warranty along with it. It was a Lenovo Y510…
So after about a year of use, one day I open the laptop and the hinges SNAP, taking some of the chasis along with it.
I freaked out and did my research on this laptop and come to find out the Y510 (specific models) were recalled due to a faulty hinge issue.
So I decide to contact Lenovo first regarding this and then the trouble started happening…
they asked me for the model ID of the laptop. I flip it over and its missing. I check the bios and it TOO is missing. Without the ID the laptop is ABSOLUTELY unservicable because they don’t know what specific model it is!
So I then take it to Office Depot in person about this, they said I have to contact the insurance number for this esxtended warranty I bought. So then I go back home and contact the insurance company. Now THEY TOO can’t work on the laptop without that same ID number!
so now I have a laptop that I bought for $600 without ANY way of repairing it because it was sold to me without ANY way of identifying the model of it!
They told me to file a formal complaint but I don’t know how effective this would be. Should a lawsuit be in order?
What are your thoughts?
