I’ve had these wood blinds that I purchased at Home Depot about 15 years and now the strings are breaking one by one so that they are useless. I called the manufacture and they wanted a lot of $ to replace the strings. I’m wondering if it’s possible to find a place that can replace the strings for under $50 so that I don’t have to buy new ones- which cost upwards of $150.

I need a custom storm window made for me?

I had a storm window break and threw away the whole thing by mistake. Is there a place that can make one for me (the glass and the frame) it would need to be custom made since it has to slide into the existing track that is behind my window.
I know my other option is to have the entire storm window but don’t want to do that if I don’t have to. I already went in Home Depot and they said they don’t make custom storm windows. Thanks.

i tried canadian tire, home depot, and rona…none of them have the size i want. its one of the larger ones…does anyone no a place that makes custom made heating vents in the GTA?
