The laptop model is Acer Aspire 8930. I have a brochure in my possession, but I’m not sure if the OS is in English or Spanish. The Name of the OS on the bochure is in English: “Windows Visita Home Premium”. The description of the specs are in Spanish.

to return it back or to exchange it but the point is this is my third laptop in office depot the first one was toshipa and i got probelm with software also the second one was toshipa and the same problme both of them where less than 5 days now i have hp from the same store and its 8th days now i find the system so slow and i hear voice from the drive i check the hardware with hp people in the phone they found i have problem in hard drive so do u think if i go to office depo again they will accept to exchange or return my money coz they told me if there is any problem next time u have 1 year waranty and i am student i cant wait 9 days to fix it and its new with all the paper and recet so do u think they should exchange or not thank u

i sent in for an Office Depot rebate that is 150 dollars and there tracking system says that it was mail almost a month ago.
it was two rebates one from HP for 50 dollars and one from Office Depot for 150 dollars
everytime i called them i tell them what has happened and that i didnt get anything and on the tracking system it has my name spelled wrong and stuff. then they place me on hold and then i get hung up on. it has happened 6 times
when i spoke to them they kept telling me the rebate was for 50 dollars and i have all the papers, the store paper, the rebate form , the reciept and they all say its for 150 dollars
they said the 50 dollar rebate was cashed already and i keep telling them the rebate is for 150 and then i ask them how do you know about that rebate it was sent to Hp and not Office Depot and they just change the subject.
and then the last time i called i was about to curse them out then the person said no habla ingles

Is it that dangerous too? I would think they would be able to make a fridge so that it could stay on overnight. There’s no info on the cooling system, but the power rating says 100-125V-60Hz. I really have no idea what this means but can someone tell me if it is dangerous to leave this on for prolonged periods of time????
It says as a precaution in the small pamphlet they consider instrucions: Precatution, Please unplug unit when not in use!!! Not for overnight use!!!
I can’t take it back either because it was one of a few free gifts to choose from when purchasing an order in excess of a certian amount.

Hi, I have a bunch of empty Canon Ink Tanks from ip90, 800r, and 830 printers and I can’t find ANY place to take them! I’ve tried:

Office Max (took them until recently)
Staples
Local Ink Refilling Places
Has anyone had success turning in Canon tanks anywhere?

CLARIFICATION:
I’ve been told by both Office Depot & Staples that what I’m referring to is called an INK TANK, not an ink cartridge. That is why I used that term.
