I have a science fair project involving growing plants ( I couldn’t get any new, original ideas ) and I would like to know:

1. What kind of lamps can grow indoor plants ( if there is a variety ) ?
2. Where can I get them ( like Lowe’s, Home Depot, Walmart, ect. ) ?
3. Will they be under $20 or somewhere around that price ?
4. Is it going to do the job ? Or do ok at least?

I understand that a cheaper lamp won’t be maximal quality, but I don’t want to spend $$$ on some equipment that I won’t use ever again. I am just getting it for science.
